They did great! The tech came a little late but they were courteous enough to call ahead and let me know she was running late. My couch looks brand new and she was able to get rid of stains in my carpet that I haven't been able to get rid of myself. I will use this company again.

Sabrina was both professional and friendly. She examined the rooms to be cleaned and then explained what areas would need to be pretreated before she began the steam cleaning. She was very thorough during the entire process. We are very happy with the results and will call again for our next carpet cleaning.
